Die Farbe richtig abbilden. Farbe entspricht nicht der Abbildung. Grün ist nicht blau. Außerdem sind sehr hohe Rücksendungskosten, obwohl die Farbe falsch ist oder es lässt sich gar nicht zurücksenden.
Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesen LED-Kerzen! Sie sehen täuschend echt aus und erzeugen ein wunderschönes, warmes Licht mit einem natürlichen Flackereffekt.
Diese Kerze habe ich bereits 2x gekauft. Jedes Mal kann man den Timer stellen, doch sie geht nicht von allein an. Ich habe es reklamiert, da ich auch vermute, dass es sich hierbei um einen Produktionsfehler handelt. Ich habe eine Retoure angefordert und gleichzeitig einen Ersatz in einer kleineren Größe. Die Retoure musste ich selbst bezahlen, obwohl es sich nicht um mein Verschulden gehandelt hat. Die versprochene Ersatzlieferung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Lediglich nach Wochen eine Differenzgutschrift von 2 Euro. Also muss die Retoure wohl angekommen sein. Ich hätte aber den vollen Betrag erstattet bekommen müssen.
Diese Kerzen kosten sehr viel Geld, da erwarte ich auch eine angemessene Qualität. Leider geht auch mittlerweile eine andere Kerze nicht mehr. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht über dieses Produkt.
Wollte dies beiden Kerzen auch in verblasst Blau und um den Docht fehlt die glänzende Makierung. ICH möchte alle Blockkerzen zurück schicken ,bitte schicken Sie mir ein Rückforderung Etikett Danke
Ist mittlerweile meine siebte Blockkerze. Bin wie immer sehr zufrieden mit Bestellung, Lieferung. Habe mir die Farbe etwas dunkler vorgestellt aber trotzdem behalten. Jederzeit wieder.
Ich hatte letzten Donnerstag schon eine Mail geschrieben, dass die Rosa Kerze nicht funktioniert. Ich habe leider keine Verpackung mehr und um Mitteilung gebeten, wie wir jetzt verfahren.

Ik ben al vele jaren een groot fan van DeLuxe Home art kaarsen , ze blijven mooi van kleur en hebben mij qua licht nog nóóit in de steek gelaten. 'n Prachtige kleur roze deze keer besteld , en wat een fantastische aanbieding werd er deze keer aangeboden. Heel erg tevreden en blij met deze led kaarsen van DeLuxe.
Optisch schöne Kerzen, die dank der mitbestellten Fernbedienung leicht ein- und auszuschalten sind. Mittlerweile besitze ich annähernd 20 unterschiedliche Kerzen des selben Herstellers. Alles klappt bisher bestens. Auch in meinem Bekanntenkreis gibt es zufriedene Kerzenbesitzer.
