Ordering Goods

If You Order Goods On An Official Holiday, We Will Process Your Order On The Next Business Day. When you place an order on artificial-stearinlys.dk, we will send you a receipt via email with the subject line "Thank you for your order." This receipt is our confirmation that we have received your order. We only Process Orders Placed on artificial-stearinlys.dk. We do not Process Orders Placed in Other Ways (e.g. Fax, Letters, Phone Calls, Emails, SMS). You can order Goods on artificial-stearinlys.dk, 24 HOURS A DAY. "

Delivery and Returns

All Orders Over 94 EUR ARE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE. Once the Package Leaves Our Warehouse, You Will Receive An Email With Delivery Information, Allowing You To Track and Trace The Shipment.

Package to pickup point - your package will be picked up at the nearest pickup point. You will Receive a Notification Via SMS, and After Five Days With The Representative, You Will Also Receive A Notification by Mail.

Company Package - Your Package will be late to the company you specified at checkout.

The Normal Delivery Time is 1-3 Working Days from the Order Date. Once the Package Leaves Our Warehouse, You Will Receive An Email Allowing You To Track The Delivery. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you and announce a new delivery day. You have The Right to Cancel Purchases Free of Charge. The Normal Delivery Time For Ordered Items Is Approximately 7-10 Working Days.

Returns

The Return Cost is 9 eur.you Can Purchase The Return Cost Yourself and Then Return The Package to:

For complaints, please contact our costumer support. In principle, the defective item will be exchanged. If the item is returned without a return label from deluxehomartshop ApS, the costs are at your expense. IF The Item Has Defects, The Legal Provisions Regarding Defects Apply. PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept packages late by cash on Delivery or Similar methods.

Complaints & Wrong Deliveries

If you discover that the shipment is visibly damaged during transport when receiving your package, you must report this immediately to the package agent. This applies Both to Home Delivery and When You Pick Up The Package Yourself From An Agent.

If you have received the WRONG item, if the item is damaged, or if there is another issue with the item, please contact our costum support. Here, you can submit a photo of the product and desron the reason for your complaint. Once your complaint is registered, we will contact you as Soon as Possible to Assist You Further With Your Case.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

We Ship All Our Products with GLS, Ensuring a Safe and Efficient Delivery. When you place an order with us, you can Expect to Receive Your Goods Within 1-2 Working Days. We do our best to ensure that your order is Processed Quickly and Efficiently, Allowing You To Start Enjoying Your New Products AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

PLEASE Note That We Only Charge Payment for Your Order Once Your Package Has Been Dispatched. This mean you won't be invoiced unil your goods are on their way to you. We believe in transparency and fairness in our business practices, and we value your trust in us.

Refunds

We will refund you the full order value once the return has been processed and approved. If you have chosen to pay with a credit card/Debit Card or Direct Payment, the refund will be made to the same account you used. A Confirmation email will be late to you for all returns that have been processed.
