Can the remote control be used for all lights?
Ours Deluxe Homeart remote control works for all ours Deluxe Homeart lights, mostly black lights. On lights with dark colors, the remote control may have difficulty sending a signal due to the dark color, here it helps if you have the remote control close or lift the light and point the remote control towards the bottom.
Ours Unique Candles remote control works for all ours Unique Candles light.
Can indoor lights be placed everywhere?
Our indoor lights can be placed anywhere indoors. However, you should be aware that the candles are a natural product made with real candle wax, therefore do not place the candles in direct sunlight or in hot places, as the candle candle may melt.
Can outdoor lights last in all weathers?
With IP44 certification, it is fully protected against rain, snow and frost, making it perfect for the terrace or garden all year round. The light is made of robust weather-resistant plastic.

How fast is your delivery?
We have up to 7 days delivery.
We deliver both to the door or to the post office.
Who do you use for delivery?
We use both GLS and DHL, but you can always see when paying who is going to deliver your package.
Can you choose home delivery and post office yourself?
When paying, you can choose whether the package should be delivered to your home or which post office the package should be delivered to.

How long can you return your package?
You can return your package no later than 14 days after receipt. You return your package here.
My product is defective, what do I do?
If you receive one or more item(s) with errors or defects, please use the form here within 14 days, so that we can exchange your purchase in time.

Where do you ship from?
All our packages are packed and sent from our own warehouse in Kolding.
Can you come and pick up your package yourself?
No, we do not offer that you can come and collect your package yourself. All packages are sent to where you order.
I have already created a case, but you are not responding
We always try to respond as quickly as possible, and all cases are always answered. Check if whether you have entered all information correctly when creating the case. When you create a case, you will receive an email regarding the creation, if you have not received this email, it is because the email entered was written incorrectly. So if you did not receive an email when you created the case, we recommend that you create a new one and ensure that your email is written correctly.
